We always use the preferred channels of the target audience and target decision makers. We know that some people prefer phone over email, some are active in LinkedIn, some need to be contacted after usual office hours...

Usually, however, it's a sequence of messages over phone, email and LinkedIn.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. When in Germany, do business like they prefer to do it. In German.

We have noticed, however, that the Germans do actually speak fine English, as soon as they get familiar with the business partner. 

We can handle the first meetings to break the ice and do a basic presentation of your offering. After that the communication will work in English too.

No worries, let's just take a step back. As we know the market and the usual roles in different-sized German organization, we will help you to define the target audience. 

Then we'll validate that all to see if we have it right. If we book meetings for you, we know it right. If not, well, back to the drawing board. 

We prefer having your online calendar accessible for us to coordinate the meeting to your and your future business partner's calendar.

We can send your online booking link directly through the message sequences, but people still like to agree on the meeting over phone or email.

If you don't use online calendar, we can live with that too. It's just a few more calls or emails that need to be taken care of.

It's pretty common that we join your meetings with future business partners. That way we learn more about your business, and how you pitch your case. Helps us a lot if we do some first meetings for you.

If you want, we can also take the role of coordinating next meetings, sending follow-ups etc. We'll support you until you have the deal.
